Oaks at Broadlawn

The Oaks at Broadlawn is a 308 unit Affordable Senior Housing Development in Massapequa, New York. The project was designed by Stephen Ray Fellman, Architects and was developed by Carriage Hill Developers, Inc. The Project consists of twenty-five residential buildings and a 9,000 square foot clubhouse. Each unit consists of approximately 1300 square feet of living space. Additional responsibilities included site development, utilities, sewer and water and a waste pump station. The construction phase was on a fast-track schedule and was completed within twenty-four months.
