Stonebridge Estates

Stonebridge Estates is a 105 single family luxury home development built around an 18-hole golf course. All 105 homes, Gatehouse, and Cabana/Pool Building were designed and built by our firm. There were five home plans offered; (3) ranches and (2) two-story models starting at $450,000. Square Footages ranged from 2300 sf to 3500 sf. Each homeowner had the ability to customize their home to their individual tastes. All the homes have been sold out since the summer of 2003. The construction of each home was approximately (9) months with 40+ homes under construction at one given time.
